When you use the contact form, NGY receives the name, email address, organization name (if supplied), inquiry category and message that you submit. A technical identifier derived from your network address may be stored temporarily with the submission to limit spam and abuse.

How the information is used

Contact information is used to review, route and respond to your inquiry, maintain the reliability of the form and protect the website from abusive submissions. NGY does not use this form to create a public profile or claim you as a member.

Storage and access

Contact submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access should be limited to people responsible for NGY communications and site administration. NGY should establish and periodically review an appropriate retention schedule for these records.

Analytics and cookies

This version of the site does not intentionally add advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site.
